1. Terms of Service & Software License

This agreement governs the use of the software tools and services provided by Winidecorw.com ("we", "us", or "our"). By using our software or tools, you agree to these terms.

Nature of Service: We provide software utilities for the MetaTrader 4/5 interface & others (Risk management panels, data filters, and visual tools). Our software does not execute automated financial trades on its own and does not provide investment advice.

User Responsibility: The user is solely responsible for the configuration and use of the software. Trading involves significant risk. Use of these services is always at your own risk and responsibility. (We also recommend using demo accounts until you become familiar with the tools.) We are not responsible for any loss, regardless of the reason (There are many factors beyond our control, such as your computer's CPU or RAM capacity, your internet connection speed, or other factors on your end, that can cause malfunctions. We recommend using a VPS with the lowest possible latency.) Software, like computers or machinery, can sometimes fail. It is your responsibility to ensure everything is working correctly. 2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our refund policy depends on the acquisition channel:

Marketplace Purchases (MQL5.com): Any product purchased or downloaded directly via the MQL5.com Market is subject strictly to the MQL5.com Terms of Use and Refund Policy. Winidecorw does not process refunds for these transactions.

Direct Purchases (Winidecorw.com): License Revocation: For direct sales (Lifetime or Subscription), we offer a [14-day] satisfaction period. If a refund is processed, the associated software license will be permanently revoked and deactivated via our licensing API.

Subscriptions: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. You will retain access until the end of your billing period.

3. Financial Advisory Disclaimer

Data Collection: Our payment management partners maybe may need to collect your email and name for license activation or support. Payment data is handled securely by our Merchant of Record partners; we do not store credit card details or any address on our servers.

Our payment processing partners may also use cookies to properly track sales and may store your email address to deliver the tool you purchased to you. License Monitoring: Our software and tools, if necessary, connect via API to our licensing system to verify license validity and prevent unauthorized use.
